Owns and operates the entire Lülsdorf chemical site post-Evonik divestment.
Production of alkoxides, potassium derivatives (potassium carbonates and bicarbonates) associated with sales of Vynova Group.
Until at least 2027, produces alkoxides for Evonik under transitional agreement.
Chemical park services services for tenants investing in Lülsdorf.
