3^rd Oct 2023 | The tallest and heaviest tower of the 1.2 million tons/year Phase II ethylene project of Dushanzi Petrochemical Tarim was successfully hoisted

The main goal of the project is to build 9 major production units including 1.2 million tons/year of ethylene. The ethylene unit of this project adopts the core technology of the National Ethane Cracking Ethylene Demonstration Project, which has the characteristics of economies of scale, advanced technology and leading environmental protection. After the project is completed, the ethylene production capacity of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company will exceed 3 million tons.

30^th Oct 2024 |The installation of 7 cracking furnaces and 14 radiation chambers of the Tarim Phase II Ethylene Project has been completed

The ethylene plant has a total of 7 cracking furnaces, including two gas furnaces and five liquid furnaces. Each cracking furnace consists of two radiation chambers. The cracking furnace adopts modular prefabrication and overall hoisting construction, which greatly shortens the manufacturing and installation cycle.
