Treated dry natural (commercial) gas is fed to synthesis gas production block of the MeOH unit. Pure oxygen from the air separation unit is directed for synthesis gas recovery. Synthesis gas is converted into methanol at the methanol synthesis block, followed by intermediate goods of the appropriate “MTO-grade” quality. Then methanol is delivered to the MTO (Methanol to Olefin) unit, the heart of the Gas chemical complex. Light olefins (ethylene and propylene) from the MTO unit are further polymerized into Low density polyethylene, Ethylene vinyl acetate, Polyethylene terephthalate and Polypropylene.
