Dear Nikhil,

I noticed this project in IOC, the Panipat Refinery expanding their portfolio into Petrochemical products (Polybutadiene). Made me wonder to what extend Indian refiners expand already into Chemicals, or do they focus on capacity expansion to meet fuels demands for the Indian market? 

Would you, or can you advise on further material on the Indian refinery market?
