Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. (SEG) is a SINOPEC-held large-scale complex project service and technical patent provider oriented to the domestic and foreign refinery and chemical engineering market, and is one of the largest construction enterprises in China. The Group's official subsidiary structure, per its own corporate website, comprises the following wholly-owned entities.

• Sinopec Luoyang (Guangzhou) Engineering Co., Ltd. (merged entity, combining former separate Luoyang and Guangzhou engineering units)

• Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd.

• Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd.

• Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd.

• Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd.

• Sinopec Fifth Construction Co., Ltd.

• Sinopec Tenth Construction Co., Ltd.

This gives a current total of 11 subsidiaries, but the composition differs from a purely legacy list: the previously separate "Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd." has been consolidated into "Sinopec Luoyang (Guangzhou) Engineering Co., Ltd.," a standalone "Sinopec Ningbo Research Institute Co., Ltd." no longer appears as an independent entity, and two additional units — the Luoyang R&D Center of Technology and Sinopec Energy Management Co., Ltd. — are now included in the official roster.
