INEOS Chemicals Lavera SAS (ICL SAS) is the primary INEOS legal entity for chemical manufacturing operations at the Lavéra platform in Martigues, southern France. It was created in 2012 as part of the restructuring accompanying the formation of the Petroineos joint venture with PetroChina. At that point, the chemical assets previously held under the predecessor entity INEOS Manufacturing France SAS (which had acquired all former BP group operations at Lavéra in December 2005) were carved out and transferred into ICL SAS for olefins and polymers, and INEOS Derivatives Lavera SAS (IDL SAS) for derivative chemical products.

ICL SAS acts as the legal and operational holding shell for INEOS's chemical manufacturing activities at Lavéra. Its declared corporate purpose is the "exploitation des ateliers de raffinage et de chimie, et fabrication de produits pétrochimiques, de produits chimiques spécialisés et de produits pétroliers" (operation of refining and chemical workshops, and manufacture of petrochemical, specialty chemical, and petroleum products). It is the registered owner or co-owner of the following Lavéra assets:

• Naphtachimie SA — steam cracker, 720 ktpa ethylene (100% since April 2024)
• Appryl SNC — polypropylene, 300 ktpa (100% since April 2024, via sole partnership)
• Gexaro — benzene extraction, 270 ktpa (100% since April 2024)
• 3TC — naphtha storage facility (100% since April 2024)
• Majority stake in the Lavéra–Sarralbe ethylene pipeline (acquired April 2024)

ICL SAS also has a Division Oxide sub-division, handling ethylene oxide and related products at the Lavéra site, with a separate address listed as Rue de la Bienfaisance, 13117 Martigues.
