- Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC), 60%
- Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) 20%
- Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company (QPIC) 20%
TKAC owns production facilities at the industrial site for the production of Paraxylene and Benzene and styrene monomer.
