Predecessor company was the Harbin Refinery, which was built and put into operation in 1976. It has a crude oil processing capacity of 3 million tons per year. Its main products include 16 grades of oil products in 6 categories such as gasoline, coal, and diesel, as well as polypropylene powder, industrial propylene, propane, liquefied gas, and chemical products. The 183-kilometer crude oil pipeline from Daqing to Harbin is called the "lifeline" by Harbin Petrochemical people. It has 14 sets of production equipment with advanced technology and complete three-stage processing. The process flow is complete to complete sets, with the characteristics of short process, deep processing, and high efficiency.
