Shandong Tianhong Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wanda Group. It is located in Dongying Port Economic Development Zone and has a 5 million tons/year refining and chemical unit that was designed and built in one go and approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, with a comprehensive processing capacity of 20 million tons/year. The company has been ranked among the top 100 private Chinese petroleum and chemical companies and the top 500 Chinese petroleum and chemical companies for many years in a row, and has been identified by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government as one of the five petrochemical companies that the province supports and develops, and does not participate in the integration of local refineries.
