The Project will produce polypropylene (472,500 t/y of homo-polymer), which is the second largest portion of the national demand for raw plastics, thus allowing to cover almost 15% of Turkey’s polypropylene demand^[1].

The Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Ceyhan Polipropilen Üretim A.Ş. is owned by three shareholders with the following percentages^[2]:

• RNS Ceyhan Petrokimya Endüstriyel Yatirim A.Ş.: 51%
• CYN Petrokimya Endüstri ve Ticaret A.Ş.: 15%
• Sonatrach Petroleum Investment Corporation BV: 34%
