Cepsa Chimie Bécancour Inc. (operating name: Moeve Chemicals Bécancour since October 2024 corporate rebranding) is the legal entity that owns and operates the linear alkylbenzene (LAB) chemical production facility in Bécancour, Quebec, Canada.

Cepsa Chimie Bécancour Inc. operates as a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A. (Moeve, Spain) since the 2015 buyout of Investissement Québec's 49% stake. 

The company's business activity consists in the manufacturing and commercialization of linear alkylbenzene (LAB) and linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid (LABSA), which are key raw materials for biodegradable detergents.

Cepsa Chimie Bécancour is the only LAB producer in Canada, supplying approximately 22% of North American LAB demand​, representing approximately 3% of global LAB production.
