The company is registered at the District Court of Neuruppin under HRB 9880 and is located in Schwedt/Oder, Brandenburg, Germany. AET currently holds a 25% stake in PCK Raffinerie GmbH and is itself owned by two shareholders: Eni Deutschland GmbH (33.33%, or one-third) and Rosneft Refining & Marketing GmbH (66.67%, or two-thirds).
