RN Refining & Marketing GmbH (also referred to as RNRM) is a German limited liability company founded in 2015 that serves as a service and holding company within the Rosneft Deutschland corporate structure. The company is based in Berlin, Germany, alongside its parent company Rosneft Deutschland GmbH.

RNRM operates primarily as a service company supporting Rosneft Deutschland GmbH's refining operations and holds shares in AET Raffineriebeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, which in turn owns a 25% stake in PCK Raffinerie GmbH. Through this ownership structure, RDG and RNRM together hold a majority stake in PCK. The company's line of business includes the wholesale distribution of petroleum and petroleum products.​

Since September 2022, RN Refining & Marketing GmbH has been under fiduciary management (trusteeship) by the German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur), alongside Rosneft Deutschland GmbH. This trusteeship was imposed by the Federal Ministry of Economy and Climate Action under the Energy Security of Supply Act. The trusteeship has been extended multiple times and was most recently extended until March 10, 2026.
