Formosa Industries (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.  (台塑工业（宁波）有限公司) is located in the Petrochemical Zone of Beilun Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. With a registered capital of RMB 716,408,700,000, it was established on May 27, 2002. Since 2017, Formosa Industries (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. has absorbed and merged five separate legal entities into one surviving company, with the original companies becoming subordinate factories.
