LLC Gazprom Pererabotka (Russian: ООО «Газпром переработка», abbreviated GPP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PJSC Gazprom, created to consolidate and develop Gazprom's hydrocarbon processing activities as a standalone business within the Group. It serves as the intermediate holding company and operational parent over Gazprom's gas and liquid hydrocarbon processing assets across Russia.
Ownership
LLC Gazprom Pererabotka is 100% owned by PJSC Gazprom, incorporated in 2007 (OGRN registration date). It in turn holds stakes in key subsidiaries including LLC Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (Amur GPP) and OAO Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat.
Activities & Assets
GPP was established by Gazprom to separate hydrocarbon processing into a dedicated integrated complex. Its main activities are the preparation and processing of gas and liquid hydrocarbons, as well as mainline transportation of gas condensate and oil. The company comprises:
- Five gas processing plants (in Khanty-Mansiysk AO, Yamalo-Nenets AO, Komi Republic, Astrakhan, and Orenburg regions)
- A dedicated helium plant
- A liquid hydrocarbon transportation directorate
- Stakes in Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat (refining, gas-chemical and petrochemical complex) and GPPB (Amur GPP)
Products
GPP's product slate includes liquefied petroleum gases (LPG), sulfur, liquid and gaseous helium, ethane fraction, natural odorant, stable gas condensate, natural gas liquids, motor fuels, jet fuel, fuel oil, and carbon black.
