ChangAn HuiTong Investment (Hong Kong) Company Limited (Chinese: 长安汇通投资（香港）有限公司) is a wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary of Chang'an Huitong Group Co., Ltd. (长安汇通集团有限责任公司), which is itself 100% owned by Shaanxi SASAC. The entity serves as Chang'an Huitong's dedicated overseas investment and capital deployment platform, used specifically to hold equity stakes in HKEX-listed companies on behalf of the Shaanxi provincial state.

The only publicly confirmed equity position held by ChangAn HuiTong HK is in Yanchang Petroleum International Ltd. (HKEX: 346.HK).
