Shaanxi Yulin Kaiyue Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 陕西榆林凯越煤化有限责任公司; abbreviated Kaiyue Coal Chemical) is a coal chemical joint venture located in Hengshan Town, Yuyang District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, China (38.1446°N, 109.6008°E). It is described by CCF Group as "a subsidiary of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group" and was acquired by Yanchang Petroleum Group in 2018. The company functions as the top-level holding entity for the Yuheng Industrial Park coal chemical cluster in Yulin, with all active operations carried out through its wholly-owned subsidiary Yanchang Petroleum Yulin Coal Chemical Co., Ltd..

The company previously operated a 50 MW captive coal-fired power station (Unit 1, commissioned 2006, retired 2023) serving the chemical complex. Its products include electricity, methanol, sulphur, and ammonium sulphate.
