Paulsboro Refining Company LLC is the operating entity of the ~160,000–180,000 bpd Paulsboro refinery, located on the Delaware River in New Jersey, acquired from Valero in 2010 as part of PBF's founding transactions. The refinery processes heavy/sour crudes and is notable for its lubricants and asphalt production alongside transportation fuels, with marine terminal access on the Delaware River. It is the named permittee on the refinery's environmental permits and regulatory filings.
