Bapco Energies B.S.C. (Closed) (formerly known as The Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C. (Closed), originally nogaholding) is the integrated energy holding company of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sole shareholder of Bapco Refining. Established on August 1, 2007, by Royal Decree number 77 of 2007, Bapco Energies serves as the consolidation of Bahrain's entire energy value chain under a unified corporate structure. Babco Energies is fully owned by the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

As a holding company, Bapco Energies operates through a diversified portfolio of wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint ventures covering the complete energy value chain:
