Azzawiya Oil Refining Company Inc. (also known as Zawia Oil Refining Company; Arabic: شركة الزاوية لتصنيع الزيت والغاز) is a major petroleum refining and petrochemical enterprise wholly owned by Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC). The company was formally incorporated on 1976 under Libyan Commercial Law and registered with the Libyan Commercial Register under number 1572, following the successful construction and commissioning of its flagship refinery facility by Snamprogetti of Italy in 1974.

As a 100% NOC subsidiary, Azzawiya Oil Refining Company Inc operates under the strategic direction of Libya's state oil authority and represents one of the most critical downstream operations within Libya's petroleum sector. The company is headquartered in the Al Harsha Area of Az Zawiyah (Azzawiya), approximately 40-50 kilometers west of Tripoli on Libya's Mediterranean coast, positioning it as a key industrial and economic hub in western Libya.

The company's primary business activities encompass crude oil refining, asphalt production, blending and filling of mineral oils for lubrication, and the export of petroleum products through its integrated harbor terminal facility. Azzawiya Oil Refining Company Inc operates with a commitment to international standards for design, safety, and environmental protection, striving to operate on equal footing with international oil refining companies.
