Description

RusVinyl produces suspension and microsension polyvinyl chloride (PVC), as well as caustic soda and sodium hypochlorite at its integrated plant near Kstovo, the Nizhniy Novgorod region.

RusVinyl LLC was formerly a Russian-Belgian joint venture between SIBUR and Solvay through Solvin Holding Nederland BV, but is now a fully owned subsidiary of SIBUR.
