Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was established on June 18, 2015, is a private enterprise holding and state-owned enterprises participating in mixed ownership enterprises. The 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project (hereinafter referred to as the "project") invested and built by the company is located in the Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base, which is an important supporting project for the China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone to build the whole industrial chain of oil products and implement the development strategy of "three bases and one center".
