Headquartered in Beijing, China, Sinochem Group Co., Ltd. (Sinochem Group for short), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. which is one of the key state-owned enterprises under the supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China (SASAC). The predecessor of Sinochem Group was China National Chemicals Import and Export Corporation, and was founded in 1950.
