Wacker hes been producing ready-to-use SILMIX® brand silicone rubber compounds for the European market at our plant in Pilsen since 2007. SILMIX® products are customized silicone elastomers, individually tailored to your specifications. They are produced in a range of delivery forms, are promptly available and are manufactured to the same high quality standards as ELASTOSIL® silicone rubber compounds. Crosslinker, pigment and other additives are normally mixed into the rubber base during production. Typical applications range from automotive gaskets, through cable insulation, to rubber-coated rolls in photocopiers. These products are supplied to processors both within and beyond the region.
