CPSC (Chevron Phillips Singapore Chemicals Pte Ltd) is a Singapore-based HDPE manufacturing company with a 400,000-tonne annual capacity facility on Jurong Island. Founded in 1980 as a joint venture between Chevron Phillips Chemical, EDB Investments, and Sumitomo Chemical, CPSC became a wholly owned subsidiary of Aster Chemicals and Energy in May 2025. Today, it operates as part of Aster’s integrated energy and chemicals ecosystem, supporting regional growth and innovation in the sector
