TSCA Definition 2008: Hydrotreated Light Naphtha is obtained by treating a Petroleum fraction with Hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst and consisting of Hydrocarbons with Carbon numbers of C4 through C11 and boiling range of -20 °C to 190 °C. Remark: it can be obtained from various Light Naphtha streams such as Straight Run Light Naphtha or FCC Liquid Raffinate.
