The Chemical Branch was established on September 12, 2009. The company currently has 1.1 million tons/year of polyvinyl chloride resin and 800,000 tons/year of ion membrane caustic soda production equipment, which can digest 1.53 million tons of calcium carbide annually and produce alkali with self-produced brine. The company's entire set of production equipment has introduced advanced electrolysis, synthesis, evaporation, sulfuric acid cracking and other processes and equipment at home and abroad, and uses dry and wet acetylene processes, Switzerland Bot's three-effect countercurrent falling film evaporation technology and Japan Chisso's 108m³ full set of polymerization technology, and has advanced production equipment and production processes.
The company's main products include: 42 types of suspension polyvinyl chloride resins (PVC) such as SG-3, SG-5, SG-7, and SG-8, and 32% and 50% high-purity sodium hydroxide (ion membrane alkali); by-products include: industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid, by-product hydrochloric acid, industrial liquid chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, caustic soda flakes, etc. Among them, the main product polyvinyl chloride resin is tested in accordance with GB/T5761-2018 and is mainly used in the production of artificial leather, film, wire sheath, plate, pipe, profile, door and window and other plastic hard products; high-purity sodium hydroxide is mainly used in papermaking, soap making, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, pesticide, petrochemical and other industrial fields.
