The company was mainly responsible for the construction of the Jingbian Energy and Chemical Comprehensive Utilization Industrial Park Project, located 10 kilometers northeast of Jingbian County. 

The first phase of the project encompassed mainly construction of 5 main units and supporting public works, including:

• 1.8 million tonnes/year methanol
• 1.5 million tonnes/year residual oil catalytic thermal cracking (DCC)
• 600,000 tonnes/year MTO
• 600,000 tonnes/year polyethylene (PE)
• 600,000 tonnes/year polypropylene (PP)

adopting 14 advanced proprietary patent technologies from domestic and foreign companies.

On April 28, 2008, the Jingbian Energy and Chemical Comprehensive Utilization Industrial Park was successfully opened and the groundbreaking ceremony for the 1.8 million tons/year methanol project was successfully held.
