Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Fukang Energy Co., Ltd. was established on August 5, 2009. In May 2010, the company combined the construction of the first and second phases of the industrial park with 800,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride resin and 600,000 tons of ionic membrane caustic soda and 300,000 kWh installed power generation circular economy project, which were fully completed and put into production in November 2012. At present, it has formed an annual production scale of 900,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride resin and 650,000 tons of ionic membrane caustic soda.
