1977
The start of construction of the ethylene oxide and glycols production facility (EO&G) as part of the "Caprolactam" Production Association.
February 16, 1982
The EO&G facility is commissioned. During the Soviet period, the output at EO&G increased annually. The enterprise began producing syntanols and sulfoethoxylates.
1988
Start of operations at the shop for the production of syntanols and sulfoethoxylates at EO&G.
1989
Construction began on the acrylic acid and esters production facility (AA&E) as part of the "Orgsteklo" Production Association. Due to economic problems, construction was not completed on time.
1994
Resumption of construction of the acrylic acid and esters production facility (AA&E) as part of OJSC, later CJSC "Akrilat" (carried out with interruptions).
1995
A new Honeywell TDC-3000 microprocessor-based automated process control system with monitors and data archiving was implemented at the EO&G facility.
1995
The first reconstruction of the ethylene oxide and glycols production facility.
1996–1997
EO&G facility was shut down due to a feedstock crisis.
1997–1999
Resumption of operations at the EO&G facility as part of CJSC "Neftekhim," search for a strategic partner.
December 1999
Integration of the EO&G facility into SIBUR.
November 18, 2004
Commissioning of the AA&E facility as part of CJSC "Akrilat".
2004
The syntanol and sulfoethoxylate workshop of the EO&G facility was transferred to another owner.
2005
Second reconstruction of the EO&G facility, transition to methane ballast.
2011
Integration of "Akrilat" into "SIBUR-Neftekhim".
2012
Start-up of the facility’s own process boiler house.
2014
Third reconstruction of the EO&G facility, transition to highly selective catalysts.
2016
Closure of the nitrogen-oxygen station at the EO&G facility, outsourcing of oxygen and technical gas supply.
2016
Start of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate production at the AA&E facility.
2018
A unified control room was established at the EO&G facility.
2021
Start of the fourth reconstruction of the EO&G facility with the installation of an additional reactor to increase production output and reduce environmental impact.
