The Braskem Oyster Creek plant is a wholly owned Braskem America polypropylene production unit located at 5005 Highway 332, Gate 9 OC-450, in Freeport, Texas, on the Gulf Coast Intracoastal Waterway. It is one of three Texas-based PP sites operated by Braskem in the United States.

The facility has an annual production capacity of 320,000 tonnes of polypropylene employing Spheripol polypropylene process. The plant sources polymer-grade propylene via local pipeline networks connected to nearby ethylene cracker and splitter facilities. It features on-site storage tanks, rail loading racks, and barge/Dock access for efficient domestic distribution and export shipments along the Gulf Coast.
