ADU nameplate capacity is 100,000 BPD of Brent Crude Oil. The ADU runs 5 years 365/24/7 with On-Stream-Cleaning (OSC) performed every six months for one and half day. Due to OSC, the turn-around to clean the plant at the end of the last year is cut in half, from one month to a half-month. Furnace Inlet Temperature (FIT) at Start-of-Run (SOR) until End-of-Run by Year 5 is according to: SOR - Year 1: 240°C | Year 2: 239°C | Year 3: 238°C | Year 4: 237°C | Year 5: 236°C EOR - Year 5: 235°C Output capacity at end of each year decreases according to: Year 1: 99% | Year 2: 98% | Year 3: 97% | Year 4: 96% | Year 5: 95% The yield is calculated as the FIVE-YEAR AVERAGE (including half a month turn-around at EOR) to be 97.5%. Thus the 5-year average daily Brent Crude consumption is 97,521 BPD instead of 100,000 BPD.
