It is not so long ago that JSC "TOBOL REFINERY" was next door to bankruptcy, but in 2014 New Stream Group of Companies took it under its management. At that time JSC "TOBOL REFINERY" nameplate capacity was 1,44 MTPA. However, as a result of professional team efforts actual Refinery’s capacity in 2015 exceeded 1,6 MTPA: the year 2015 became the best year in the history of the Refinery performance-wise.
