Siltronic Singapore Pte. Ltd. was founded in 1997. This is where 200mm made of high-purity silicon are manufactured. The Siltronic manufacturing facilities are currently amongst the world’s most modern. Drawing on sophisticated information and automation technology, the facilities produce wafers with single wafer history tracing. The site spreads out over more than 120,000 m² - ensuring that Siltronic Singapore is well positioned as a regional production center within the Siltronic production network. Today, the wafers manufactured in Singapore are not only shipped to customers in the region, but all over the world.
