- Description
- The Reactor Effluent Product is sent to the Flash Column, operated at a pressure of about 300 psig. Ammonia is taken Overhead and sent to a Condenser. Generally, 70-85% of the total excess Ammonia is removed in the High Pressure Flash. The remaining Ammonia, Water and Mixture of Ethanolamines is taken off the Bottom of the Flash Column and introduced into the Water Distillation Column.
