Short Name: Feedstock Handling System
Description: As described in the Quantafuel 4Q 2019 report from 20 March 2020 that has been removed from Quantafuel website, the Feedstock Handling System is designed to pre-treat the Waste Plastic to be fed into the Pyrolysis Plant by shredding into manageable pieces preferably in the size range of 10-100 mm and sorting. The desired plastic material is cleaned to a preferred level of contamination of less than 1 or 2%, its water content is reduced to a level of less than 1%, and it preferably comprises HDPE, LDPE, PP and PS, whereas less desirable plastic types are PET, PVC and ABS.
