Description

Impact Copolymer Production takes place in the Second Reactor. Resins with Active Catalysts discharged from the Main Reactor are transferred the the secondary Fluid-Bed Reactor before entering the Purge Tower. Ethylene, Recycled Propylene and Hydrogen are fed to the Secondary Reactor. Reactor Polymer Product (Bottom) is sent to a set of Gas/Solid Separators where the Separated Gas (Distillate) is recycled back to the Top of the Copolymer Reactor. The Polymer Powder goes to the Separators.[1]
