• Bypass configuration can overcome pressure drop problems and keep the unit on stream during change of Catalysts, boosting levels of unit availability and utilization (left).
• Lead/Lag Reactor system maximizes the Silicon Pick-Up capacity of Catalysts in two Reactors and gives flexibility to replace Catalysts in one Reactor while still running the Unit at full capacity (right).
