Description

Distillation Columns are used to separate 1-Hexene, Cyclohexane and higher Oligomers. The Cyclohexane is separated and sent back to the reactor for Reuse.[1]

The Trimerisation Reaction yields 99.85% Liquid Oligomers containing 93.83% Hexenes of which 99.2% is 1-Hexene (93% overall 1-Hexene). The main Side Products is a Mixture of Linear and Branched Decenes (5.38%).[2]
