It's a new company in Tianjin, Sinopec Ineos Petrochemical Co., Ltd., not Sinopec Petrochemical Tianjin. At the same time as Ineos acquires 50% shares of SECCO in Shanghai, it creates a JV with Sinopec in Tianjin with a new project site.
