Arya Sasol Polymer Company (ASPC) is a major Iranian petrochemical producer located in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) in Assalouyeh, Bushehr Province, in the southwestern part of Iran along the Persian Gulf. The company was established in 2002 as a joint venture between Iran's National Petrochemical Company and the German branch of Sasol, a South African company.
Corporate Structure and Ownership
The establishment contract was signed in April 2002, separating three production units (olefins, LDPE, and MD/HDPE) from Pars Petrochemical Company to create an independent entity with the goal of becoming the leading polymer producer in the Middle East. The company is publicly traded on the Tehran Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "APOZ1". Sasol divested its stake in the joint venture in 2013. ASPC is now a subsidiary of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (PGPIC), with a capital of 4,583 billion rials and covering an area of 72 hectares.

The complex includes three main production units with significant annual capacity:
