China Flexible Packaging Group Holdings Limited (中國軟包裝集團控股有限公司) is a Hong Kong–registered private limited company, incorporated on December 3, 1992. Serving as the offshore holding and investment vehicle for one of China’s largest flexible packaging and petrochemical conglomerates, the company is the ultimate parent of major mainland subsidiaries such as Fuzhou Zhongjing Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. and Fujian Zhongjing Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

China Flexible Packaging Group Holdings Limited has undergone several name changes since its founding, reflecting its evolving business focus, but remains active and central to the group’s global operations:

The group is widely recognized as a leading manufacturer of BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) packaging products and has expanded upstream into the petrochemical sector, operating world-scale polypropylene and propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plants in Fujian, China.
