Laffan Refinery Company Limited is a Qatari private shareholding company incorporated to own and operate the first condensate splitter refinery at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. It was established ahead of the refinery's commissioning, with commercial operations commencing in 2009. The company is operated by QatarEnergy LNG (formerly Qatargas Operating) on behalf of its shareholders.
