China Petroleum Liaoyang Petrochemical & Fiber Co., Ltd. (中国石油辽阳石油化纤有限公司) is a wholly state-owned limited liability company headquartered in Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, China. Established in 1991 and wholly owned by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), it is one of China's key integrated refining and petrochemical enterprises, operating under the PetroChina/CNPC brand with a distinctive "oil–chemical–fiber" (油化纤) production model. The company is a major processor of Russian-sourced crude oil and a leading producer of aromatic hydrocarbons, polyesters, and chemical fibers in northeastern China.

The facility is located in the southeastern suburbs of Liaoyang City, covering nearly 16 km², and is equipped with 39 large-scale production units. It has a primary crude distillation capacity of 10 million tonnes per year (Mt/a) and is one of China's principal processors of Russian pipeline crude. Its integrated production structure spans refining, aromatics, polyester, and chemical fiber manufacturing. Key products include xylenes, benzene, purified terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene, ethylene oxide, and polypropylene.
