Borouge Group International AG (short: Borouge International) is a global polyolefins and chemicals company incorporated under Austrian law and headquartered in Schwechat, Austria, operating under the commercial brand Borouge International.

Formed in April 2026 through the combination of Borouge plc (Abu Dhabi), Borealis AG (Austria), and Nova Chemicals (Canada), the company is jointly owned in equal shares by XRG — ADNOC's international investment arm — and OMV Aktiengesellschaft of Vienna.

With a nameplate polyolefins capacity exceeding 13.6 million tonnes per annum (mtpa), a commercial presence in over 120 countries, and combined revenues of approximately USD 17.2 billion (2024), Borouge International ranks as the world's fourth-largest polyolefins producer and the largest pure-play polyolefins company globally.

The company's integrated value chain spans upstream feedstock access in the UAE, proprietary Borstar^® polyolefin process technology developed by Borealis, and world-scale manufacturing assets across the Middle East, Europe, and North America, serving end markets in energy infrastructure, healthcare, agriculture, advanced packaging, and mobility.
