Description

CNPCI is the intermediate Cayman Islands holding vehicle sitting between China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Company Ltd. (CNODC) and Valsera Holdings BV (Netherlands), through which the 50% PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP (PKOP) participatory interest is ultimately held.

It is 100% owned by CNODC, which is in turn 100% owned by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). No date of establishment or ownership transfer publicly confirmed beyond the 2005 PetroKazakhstan transaction context.
