Valsera Holdings BV is the direct participatory interest holder of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC)-side 50% stake in PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP (PKOP LLP, Shymkent Refinery), sitting immediately above PKOP in the Chinese ownership chain.

It is 100% owned by CNPC International Ltd. (CNPCI), Cayman Islands. No date of change of ownership publicly available beyond the 2005–2007 PetroKazakhstan transaction period.
