The Shell Petroleum Company Limited, a corporation organized under the laws of England. Since its establishment in April 2012, HYUNDAI and SHELL Base Oil, have constructed and began commercial operations a Base Oil Manufacturing Plant in Chungcheongnam-do Daesan Petrochemical Complex in the second half of 2014.
