NIORDC (National Iranian Oil Products Refining and Distribution Company) is a state-owned enterprise operating under Iran’s Ministry of Petroleum, established in 1991 and tasked with managing and supervising refining, distribution, transportation, and export operations of petroleum products in Iran.

The company oversees several major refineries, including Abadan, Shazand (Imam Khomeini), Esfahan, and Bandar Abbas.​
