Pak – Arab Pipeline Company Limited (PAPCO) – operates a state-of-the-art cross-country pipeline system to transport refined High-Speed Diesel and Mogas from Karachi ports to up-country. The company has the following shareholding: Pak-Arab Refinery Limited 62%, Shell Pakistan Limited 26%, Pakistan State Oil Company Limited 12%. PAPCO plays a pivotal role in the High-Speed Diesel (HSD) supply chain in Pakistan, providing the strategic infrastructure to transport HSD from Karachi to Shikarpur & Mahmoodkot. It is interconnected with both Port Qasim and Keamari Ports as well as with PRL, NRL, and PARCO. The White Oil Pipeline was commercially commissioned in March 2005, comprising 786 Km of 26” dia cross-country pipeline, storage tanks, pumps, and other allied facilities.
